Affiliate Terms

Agreement

By applying to or participating in the Wishubest Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Wishubest may approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion. Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Wishubest.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when applying to the program and maintain accurate account information while participating.

Affiliates must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and must use the program only for legitimate business and marketing activities.

Commissions

Affiliates receive a 40% recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue generated by customers referred through their unique affiliate link.

Commissions are recurring for as long as the referred customer remains an active paying subscriber, subject to these terms and any applicable exclusions.

Commissions are calculated based on eligible subscription payments actually received by Wishubest. Refunds, chargebacks, cancelled transactions, fraudulent transactions, taxes, and other non-eligible amounts may be excluded from commission calculations.

Referral Attribution

A referral is attributed to an affiliate when a prospective customer accesses Wishubest through the affiliate’s designated referral link and subsequently completes an eligible subscription.

Wishubest’s affiliate tracking system will be used to determine referral attribution and commission eligibility.

Wishubest may not be able to attribute a referral where tracking information is unavailable, deleted, blocked, or otherwise altered.

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Wishubest through their own websites, newsletters, social media channels, professional networks, direct communications, and other legitimate marketing channels.

Affiliates must represent Wishubest accurately and must not make misleading, false, or unsupported claims about Wishubest, its services, pricing, commissions, or business opportunities.

Affiliates must clearly identify promotional or sponsored content where required by applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not use deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading methods to generate referrals or commissions.

• Artificial clicks, impressions, leads, or subscriptions
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Misleading advertisements or claims
• Impersonating Wishubest or representing yourself as Wishubest
• Using Wishubest trademarks in a misleading manner
• Any activity intended to manipulate affiliate tracking or commissions
• Any activity that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules

Wishubest may withhold or reverse commissions associated with prohibited, fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise ineligible activity.

Termination

Either you or Wishubest may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, subject to any applicable obligations that survive termination.

Wishubest may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where it reasonably believes that the affiliate has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk for Wishubest, its customers, or partners.

Any commissions generated through valid referrals before termination remain subject to these terms and the applicable payment process.

Liability and Changes

The Affiliate Program is provided subject to availability. Wishubest does not guarantee any particular level of traffic, referrals, subscriptions, or earnings.

Wishubest may modify these terms, commission structures, program requirements, or other aspects of the Affiliate Program from time to time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing activities, applicable taxes, and compliance with laws and regulations relevant to their activities.
