wishubest provides subscription-based business intelligence and information services relating to tenders and auctions across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Our services may include access to tender and auction information, business opportunities, notifications, search tools, reports, summaries and other related information.

wishubest does not act as a tendering authority, auctioneer, contracting party or intermediary between customers and the organizations publishing opportunities.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account or provide business and contact information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

wishubest services are provided through paid subscription plans, unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees, billing periods, included features and other applicable details are presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable billing period until cancelled.

You authorize wishubest or its payment service provider to charge the applicable subscription fee using the payment method associated with your account.

We may change subscription pricing or plan features from time to time. Where required, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

5. Information & Content

wishubest aims to provide useful and timely information about tenders and auctions. However, information may originate from government entities, companies, public sources or other third parties.

We do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current or free from errors or omissions.

Users should independently verify important information, including deadlines, eligibility requirements, tender documents, auction conditions, prices and submission requirements, with the relevant issuing organization.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user’s account.
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially resell substantial portions of our data without authorization.
• Use automated systems to scrape or systematically extract platform data without our written permission.
• Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the service.
• Share subscription credentials in a way that circumvents the limits of your subscription plan.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the wishubest platform, its software, branding, design, original content, graphics, databases and related materials are owned by or licensed to wishubest.

Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, wishubest does not warrant that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate.

wishubest shall not be responsible for decisions made by users based solely on information obtained through the platform, including decisions relating to tender submissions, procurement, auctions or commercial opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, misused the service, engaged in fraudulent activity or created a security risk.

You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your plan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
